Reglamento para la distribución de las plazas EDGC 2021

La Federación Europea (European Disc Golf Federation) ha publicado el reglamento a seguir para la distribución de las plazas disponibles para el evento que ha sido aplazado hasta 2021. 2021 EDGC Spot Distribution Rules 1. All distributed individual spots in all divisions are kept as they are (the list will be frozen until reopening of the registration in January 2021) 2. All distributed national spots are kept as they are, with each country able to change their players freely by the deadline set in 2021 3.There will be a new nomination period in December 2020 – January 2021 during which countries will be able to nominate additional players to the individual spots waiting lists. 4. The registration will open in January 2021, all players will need to be re-registered. 5. Approximately 10 additional spots will be added to EDGC capacity and approximately 20 additional spots to EMDGC capacity that will be distributed to (a) national spots to the countries that were originally awarded nation

El Campeonato de Europa 2020 se pospone hasta 2021. Este es el comunicado oficial de los organizadores: Dear players, avid disc golfers and fans of European Disc Golf Championship and Konopiště Open. After many weeks of careful consideration, we made the final decision – 2020 EDGF European Disc Golf Championship is postponed to 2021. The joint 2021 EDGC/EMDGC will be organized at Konopiště on August 9-15 (single competition dates August 11th to 14th, doubles August 15). The next EDGC/EMDGC will be held in 2022, i.e. there is no change planned for the future EDGC events.  The pandemic is slowing down here in the Czech Republic, the mitigation measures are lifted but safety and ability to attend of all fans, players, organizers and others is our top priority and it would be very unwise to organize the event this year. La PDGA publica su proceso de desescalada

Con  Islandia   y   Noruega   ya preparados para organizar nuevos torneos, la PDGA ha publicado las cinco fases de su proceso de desescalada: 5-Step Process To Reinstate PDGA Event Sanctioning With conditions surrounding the  novel coronavirus pandemic  improving in certain regions and some areas seeing sporting events resume, the PDGA Board of Directors has approved a five-step process that will allow for a phased reinstatement of sanctioning to begin. This process takes effect immediately and will be in place until further notice. As a result, all events scheduled after May 14, 2020, will be placed into  reserved status  with sanctioning pending. These events will be allowed to run as soon as local directives permit organized, competitive sporting events to resume. We appreciate members’ patience and  flexibility as we work to reopen competition and adapt to a new normal, and we share in the disappointment of those who have to cancel plans or will not be able to enjoy tournament disc
